Travel Details
- Online tickets are only valid for the specific date and time of the selected sailing. Tickets cannot be changed – (e.g. No changes to: date, time, vessel, seating class, passenger/vehicle type).
- Online tickets may be refunded, subject to a 25% penalty fee on the total ticket cost.
- The name on the ticket must match the passenger’s Government-issued ID presented at the time of travel.
- Senior citizens (60 years and older) who are nationals of Trinidad & Tobago are eligible for the subsidized passenger fare when traveling in Economy Class only. This does not apply to Premium Class.
- To qualify, senior passengers must present one of the following valid forms of ID at the time of travel:
- T&T Government-issued ID or
- T&T Passport
- Note: Driver’s Permits are not accepted.
- Nationals of Trinidad & Tobago aged 15 years and over must present one (1) of the following original, valid forms of identification at check-in/boarding: a Trinidad & Tobago National Identification Card, a Trinidad & Tobago Passport, or a Trinidad & Tobago Driver’s Permit.
- Regional & International passengers are required to present an original, valid National Passport at check-in/boarding.
